I live in the Front Range of the Colorado Rockies with my husband and 120lb yellow lab. With a love for great food, and a major weakness for delicious gluten-filled baked goods, my life completely changed when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in November of 2009. Since then my husband and I have been constantly sampling gluten-free foods, adjusting to gluten-free life and have been spending lots of time in the kitchen “experimenting” with gluten-free cooking and baking at altitude. As a warning my kitchen sometimes resembles a science lab, but if you’re game, I’m excited to share my results! Welcome to my gluten-free journey!
Please do not use anything on my site as medical advice, but as a window into my experience with living gluten-free with celiac disease. For more information on celiac disease and gluten sensitivities, please visit my resources page.
Please feel free to leave questions or comments, we’re all in this together!
Enjoy living gluten-free!
