I am excited to spread the word about a gluten-free cooking class I just found out about at Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins. “Breads and other Baked Goods” is the first class in a three-part Gluten-Free Dining Series that is sponsored by the The Kendall Anderson Nutrition Center at CSU.
The class will feature a cooking demo and recipes for gluten-free breads and other baked goods for you to sample and discuss. You will also receive gluten-free handouts, cooking tips and helpful nutrition information. The cooking demo will last one hour followed by a 30-minute question and answer session with a registered dietitian.
I feel this class is very reasonably priced at $20 per person. Space is limited to 20 people, so I would suggest signing up soon!
